As an SMM service provider, most of our services are delivered digitally:

  • Digital Delivery: All strategy plans, reports, or templates will be sent electronically via email or shared through cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) within the specified delivery timeline.
  • Turnaround Time: Delivery timelines for digital services vary based on the package purchased. Specific delivery dates will be communicated during the order process.
  • Confirmation: Once the service is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email or notification.

2. Shipping of Physical Products (If Applicable)

If any of our services include physical materials, such as printed reports or promotional kits, they will be shipped as follows:

  • Processing Time: Physical products are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated based on the delivery location and package weight. These fees will be displayed during checkout.

3. International Shipping

At this time, Digiplux only offers digital services and physical shipping within Pakistan. International delivery options will be announced in the future.

4. Issues with Delivery

  • Undelivered Digital Services: If you do not receive your digital service on the expected date, please contact us immediately for resolution.
  • Physical Shipment Delays: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier service issues or weather conditions. We will notify you of any such delays.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: For physical shipments, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if items arrive damaged or incorrect. Provide photos for verification, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
